Reserve & Collect can be quickly implemented on your website: by simply integrating a "Reserve" button on your product page, you allow your customer to reserve the product in one of your stores. We take care of the different stages of the reservation. During these stages, your customer chooses the size, colour and all the other properties of the item. They select the store and receive a confirmation request that also shows complementary products they may be interested in that are available in the selected store.

Your staff receive the reservation request and can hold the item for the duration you have specified. Using the OneStock sales staff interface, staff have the ability to cancel the reservation with a single click or to validate the purchase later, after the customer has paid for the order. When the customer picks up their items, they can benefit from the advice of your store staff, who can also offer the customer complementary products. In order to avoid as far as possible customers not picking up items, i.e.“no-shows”, you have the option of sending SMS, e-mails or automatic phone calls to customers based on customisable criteria.
