Ollygan deploys its Ship from Store strategy with OneStock
Onestock is pleased to support Ollygan in its omnichannel strategy deployment and the implementation of Ship from Store.
In 2016, the brand has made huge changes on its strategy to evolve its identity. It has included a new logo, a point of sales transformation and an omnichannel improvement. Indeed, the brand wanted to find a solution to improve the shopping experience on all its channels. Among the identified barriers, the online out-of-stock. It sometimes happened that 50% of the references of the catalog appear as unavailable for the customer…
Having identified the problem of online stock-out, the company then started looking for a reliable solution to deploy. After an unsuccessful attempt, Ollygan finally decided to choose OneStock to benefit from its know-how and experience in Ship From Store projects.
The brand wanted to take advantage of its network of 150 stores including – 108 branches, representing as many potential storage points, spread throughout the territory.
With a deployment of the solution in less than 3 months, OneStock has been connected with the existing technical environment namely: the ERP, the Prestashop e-commerce website as well as the Colissimo carrier.
Ship from Store is a key component in our omnichannel retailer evolution. With our 150 stores in France, we own an huge network which could eliminate e-commerce stock-out, boost our global turnover and increase the customer satisfaction…. It would be a shame not to take it.
