We are searching for a Content & Customer Marketing Manager based in France or in the UK (Toulouse, Paris or London).
The Role
As the Content & Customer Marketing Manager at OneStock, you will play a key role in shaping our content strategy and driving engagement with our target audience in the retail sector. You will be responsible for creating compelling, data-driven content that highlights the value of our OMS solutions, supports our marketing inbound, sales outbound and partners initiatives, and positions OneStock as a thought leader in the industry. Your deep understanding of the retail landscape, omnichannel strategies, and e-commerce trends will enable you to craft impactful stories that resonate with retail professionals and decision-makers. To achieve this, you’ll work closely with our customers—who should be the true heroes of our content—and with experts at our partner organizations.
In addition to content creation, you will define and implement strategies for distributing and promoting our most strategic content across channels to maximize visibility and impact.
What You will Do:
You’ll become one of our marketing omnichannel and retail experts, and therefore you’ll identify opportunities, trends, customer needs, and craft compelling messaging to interest and to convert our audience
Participate to the global content strategy definition.
Ensure the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content (ranging from blogs to white papers and videos, from podcasts to infographics and research with analysts) aligned with the global strategy,
Drive external writers, copywriters, designers, and translators when necessary.
Define and implement the content distribution and promotion strategy of our most strategic content.
Have a special attention to our customers and be in charge of creating stories/videos to promote all possible customer stories.
Data & analytics: you’ll lead the content marketing efforts to better use data from our Business Intelligence Suite for a more effective communication.
Drive communication on Sustainability, one of the main development axes of OneStock’s strategy.
Possibly drive research work: conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research to understand customer needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
💼+5 years of experience in b2b content marketing management, preferably in SaaS solutions.
🕶Experience in the retail industry and understanding of the advantages of composable are strong plus.
🎯Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and thought leadership.
📕Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create content that resonates with a retail audience.
🚀Experience in defining and executing content distribution and promotion strategies globally, for maximum visibility or for lead generation.
🔍SEO & Analytics: Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
💻Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, and social media platforms.
📅Strong communication, and project management skills.
🤝Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
🌍Fluency in English at a native level is a must. Proficiency in a second language, such as German or French, is a strong plus.
